VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT, FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD, THAT YOU TURN IN ANY NEW PHONE NUMBERS, CONTACTS, OR ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS (IN CASE BUSES DO NOT PICK UP), TO THE OFFICE.
THIS WAS EVIDENT LAST THURSDAY WHEN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL HAD TO CLOSE DUE TO PLUMBING PROBLEMS.
MANY STUDENTS HAD NO TRANSPORTATION, BECAUSE THE BUSES DID NOT RUN, MANY PHONE NUMBERS WHERE NOT CORRECT, AND NO EMERGENCY CONTACTS WERE LISTED.
PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE WITH ANY UPDATED INFORMATION FOR YOUR CHILD.

A Message From Mr. Kirk
Can you believe this is the end of our third nine weeks? Things seem to be going too fast. They say when you get older things go faster, but why would that be happening to me? I hope everyone has a great two-week break; we certainly need it. Our intersession, for those who have failed and qualify to come, will start on March 5 from 12 to 3, and will continue on March 8 and 9, from 8 to 3. We will all be back in school on Monday, March 22.
Our last nine weeks, of course, is testing time. We will be testing from April 16 through the 23. This is a very important time. Make sure your child is here daily and he or she gets plenty of rest and a good breakfast, which can be purchased here at school. Of course, these are things that most of us focus on daily with our children.
As usual, there will be many activities coming up at the end of the school year. Information about these activities will be sent home as they are planned. Our next Tornado Talk will be April 1.
Everyone is encouraged to attend.
Thanks for your continued support and all you do for us; without your help we could not be as successful as we are.
Sincerely,
JIM KIRK
There are 5 slots still available for the Walt Disney trip. If you are interested you need to contact Mr. DeLozier or Mr. Fox as soon as possible.
